Guo Peng, Artist
His works take the spatial narration under the comprehensive media environment as the main body, focusing on the subtleties of art noumenon. It focuses on the observation of daily life, the exploration of language, and the speculation of art history, emphasizes the constructive significance of traditional aesthetics in contemporary art practice, and is committed to the study of visual cultural elements in the process of historical context interpretation. He has been exhibited in Taipei Fine Art Museum, Grand Palace in Paris, Walker Art Center in The United States, FOMA Photographic Museum in the Netherlands, Uppsala Art Museum in Sweden, Zhejiang Art Museum, Tianjin Art Museum, Kunming Museum, He Xiangning Art Museum in Shenzhen, Kunming Contemporary Art Museum and other institutions. His works have been collected by Citibank, HSBC, Shanghai Photography Art Center and other institutions.
